Around Vietnam (10days/9nights)


Day 1: Hanoi - Arrival (Dinner) 
Meet on arrival at Hanoi/ International Airport, transfer to hotel.
Pm: City tour ( if time permits): Temple of Literature, built in the 11th century as Vietnam's first University, Fine Art Musedum, Quan Thanh Temple. Dinner at local restaurant. Evening: Water puppet show, the unique Vietnamese traditional Art. Accommodation.

Day 2: Hanoi - Hai Phong - Ha Long Bay (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 
Breakfast. Visit Ho Chi Minh's Musoleum ( closed on Monday, Friday and the whole October- November) and Residence, One- Pillar Pagoda, Army Museum. Drive to Halong (170 Km east of Hanoi) via Hai Phong with bridge and ferry crossing. Lunch at local restaurant. Dinner and accommodation at hotel.
 


Day 3: Halong Bay - Hanoi (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
 

Breakfast. Discover Halong Bay, list as a World Heritage Area of outstanding natural beauty. "Dragon descending to the sea" as it is known in Vietnamese, picturseque Halong Bay has more than 3,00 limestone islets rising from the clear emerald water, many of them containing beautiful grottoes . A 5-hour boat trip will visit one grott, then continue to explore more of these wonder of creation. Seafood lunch on board.
Pm: Drive back to Hanoi. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 4: Hanoi - Hue (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for morning flight to Hue, the royal city of Vietnam's last ruling dynasty. Arrival in Hue, transfewr to downtown. Take a dragon boat to visit Thien Mu Pagoda and Minh Mang tomb. Lunch at local restaurant.
Pm: Continue sightseeing in Hue with visit to the royal tombs of King Tu Duc and King Khai DInh and Tu Dam Pagoda . Dinner and accommodation.

Day 5: Hue - Danang ( Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 
Breakfast. In the morning, we visit to Dong Ba market, and the ruin of the residence at Imperial Citadel. Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon: Depart Hue for Danang across to Hai Van Pass ( Pass of the Ocean Clouds), passing through many pretty red-tiled villages with fruit orchards, enjoying spectacular views of sky and sea . Transfer to Bamboo ***hotel or similar. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 6: Danang - Hoian- Danang - Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Breakfast. Proceed to Hoi An to discover the historic town which used to be prosperous
seaport city during the 16th to 18th centuries. Its sizeable community of foreign merchants resulted in the unique architectural style with Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese influences. Lunch at local restaurant.
Pm: Return to Danand and transfer to the airport for afternoon flight to Ho Chi Minh city. Trfansfer to the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 7: Ho Chi Minh- My Tho- Can Tho (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 
Breakfast. Coach trip to My Tho ( 2 hour drive to Ho CHi Minh city) and visit Vinh Trang Pagoda . My Tho is prosperous town in the Mekong Delta. It is famous for its exentive orchards and immense rice fields. Enjoy a boat ride on the Mekong River and visit an ochards on an island, with lunch en route .
Pm: Continue with a visit to a snake farm and Dong Tam village before proceeding to Can Tho. Arrial and transfer to hotel. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 8: Can Tho- Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 
Breakfast. Boat trip to visit Cai Rang floating market and fruit orchard. Lunch at local restaurant.
Pm: Return to Ho Chi Minh city. Transfer to hotel. Dinner a nd accommodation.
Day 9: Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi Tunnels (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) 
Breakfast. Visit Chinatown, Thien Mu Pagoda, History Museum and the former Presidential Palace. Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon drive to Cu Chi (75 km northwest of Ho Chi Minh city) visit an amazing complex of underground tunnels used during the American War. Drive back to Ho Chi Minh city. Dinner at local restaurant. Accommodation.

Day 10: Ho Chi minh - Departure (Breakfast) 
Breakfast. Leisure time until transfer to Ho Chi Minh/ Tan Son Nhat airport for departure.
